Credo

I Believe. Those are powerful words. They're words of conviction. Words of strength. Unwavering zeal. Yet so many of us find that when life gets tough, our belief systems are tested, and instead of being a source of strength, we emerge from each crisis with a little less faith. In this eight-part series, we'll go beyond trite adages as we explore the core truths of the Christian faith. Whether you're a life-long church-goer or a card-carrying skeptic, you'll find this to be a thought-provoking and stimulating experience. Bring your questions and your objections as we discover together some truths worthy of our belief.

8 Days That Changed the World

For most of us, change happens slowly. It's human nature. If it means altering things we're used to, we resist even the most positive changes in our lives.

Over two thousand years ago, change happened in a big way in just over a week. It started with a party as Jesus entered Jerusalem; but celebration became isolation a few days later as he was betrayed by one of his friends, arrested, interrogated, tortured, humiliated, abandoned, and finally executed. But then, just as night became day, an occupied grave became empty, death became life, and despair became hope!

It's hard to wrap our minds around the enormity of it all, but God doesn't ask us to do that. He only asks us to consider one single change: ours.
